MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

Please phone the rooms on 03 6231 0871 to make an appointment. In order for an appointment to be made, your referral must have been received at Hobart ENT. Please check with your referring doctor that your referral has been sent prior to calling.

What to bring

You must bring your Medicare Card and any Private Health Insurance details if applicable.

LOCATION

Hobart ENT is located in a stand-alone building, “Wentworth Cottage”, in the grounds of Calvary St John’s Hospital, 30 Cascade Road South Hobart. If coming from Cascade Road, turn into the main carpark and we are the red brick cottage in the middle of the carpark.

Limited parking is available onsite. Please make sure you leave enough time to be punctual for your appointment as appointment times are limited. New patients will need to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to complete relevant forms. Failure to do so may result in a shortened consultation time.
