MAKING AN APPOINTMENT

Once we have received your referral, your referral will be carefully reviewed by Dr Daniel McCormick and he will determine whether he can take you on as a new patient, if he cannot take you on as a new patient recommendations will be made to your referring doctor. If you have any questions please phone the rooms on (03) 6231 0871 or email reception@hobartent.com.au, please check with your referring doctor that your referral has been sent prior to contacting us.

What to bring

Please bring along your Medicare card and private health fund details to your appointment.

LOCATION

Hobart ENT is located in a stand-alone building, ‘Wentworth Cottage’, in the grounds of Calvary St John’s Hospital, 30 Cascade Road South Hobart. If entering from Cascade Road, turn into the main hospital carpark and we are the red brick cottage in the middle of the carpark.

Limited parking is available onsite. Please make sure you leave enough time to be punctual for your appointment as appointment times are limited. New patients will need to arrive 10 minutes prior to their appointment to complete relevant forms. Failure to do so may result in a shortened consultation time.
